Yes, i have Frontpage extensions running under NetBSD1.3.2 I386 and
apache_1.3.3.  Have a look at
http://www.westbend.net/~hetzels/apache-fp/#B
It is more specifically for FreeBSD, but works for NetBSD and OpenBSD
as well.
