Having just tried to netboot a 3/80 from my 4/330, I ran into the exact
same problem.  The solution is to re-read the documentation and make sure
that all the servers are running - in this case 'rpc.bootparamd' wasn't
running.  I started it up and now I'm at the beginning of the installation
process.
