I hope you can help me. I just bought a new computer (IBM Aptiva =
400Mhz) and purchased a Atapi Zip drive to install with it. I tried to =
connect with IOMEGA but the trouble shooting section was down. I have =
installed a previous Zip drive in another computer and had no trouble, =
however for some reason I cannot get this new one (Atapi internal) to =
work. I have tried to hook it up in every possible combination with the =
CD as master and Zip as slave (and double checked the jumpers) and even =
with the hard drive and Zip as the slave but no luck. When I turn the =
power on the title screen appears and the lights go on and then it =
hangs. I even tried going into the BIOS and changing things but that =
also had no effect. Do you have any recommendations? Is there =
something I am overlooking or do I just have a bad Zip drive? Do I need =
some driver I'm missing?

Thank You
Mark
