  I think you'll be interested in the ipfil and ipnat 
  stuff on NetBSD. Read the man pages; there are also
  example configurations in /usr/share/examples/ipfil. 

  ipnat is the network address translation that I think
  you're interested in, if I understand what the masq
  stuff under linux is..
