  Note, I have the same problem now with:

  giving me:

  To those who suggested that I needed better termination on my wide
bus to get 4 drives to work: you were right. I received a terminated cable
from Adaptec last week and I can now access my SCA drive. I'm going to
get a cable terminator for my narrow cable as well and see if this helps the
tape drive on it...
