What you are searching for is called IP-NAT (IP Network Address
Translation), which is a part of the NetBSD 1.3.X distribution. Here
are some pointers to documentation:

An IP-NAT HowTo can be found at
http://radon.moof.ai.mit.edu/~armenb/ipnat.html

For information on how to set up IP-NAT in conjunction with PPP I
suggest you take a look at the HowTo at
http://www.macbsd.com/macbsd/howto/pppnat/ (despite its name this
description is not macintosh-specific).

Some basic information on networking with NetBSD (including ppp) can
be found at http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/network/index.html

  Cheers
