You can type "man compat_linux" (or maybe it's "man linux_compat")
for a little tutorial with examples.

Pretty much the hardest part about setting this up is the
/compat/linux/dev contents.  You may have trouble if such
things as drag-n-drop or other CDE components use special
devices.
