I recently purchased Red Hat's Triteal CDE
I was mounted the cdrom using mount_cd9660

I then decided to browse the cd.

To my chagrin the file names looked odd. They appeared
to be truncated to an 8.3 format. That is a file that was should
have the name "install-cde" actually had the name "install-"

I then read through the README's and various scripts.
I was further bummed by the the scripts description
of some of the necessary directories.

"RPMS" came out "rpms" and so forth....

My question(s) then are these...
Is there anything about NetBSD's mount commands that could
be giving me this result. ?

Are there any switches that can be set that could have this result
on file names ?
