I just "upgraded" to cvs 1.10.2.1 (not using package) and found that
on checkout, instead of receiving eg:

# $Id: Makefile,v 1.9 1998/08/24 10:57:28 dpar2 Exp $

I got

# $Id: Makefile,v 1.8 1998/07/30 09:35:47 jtn20 Exp $

The cvs that used to be in othersrc still works for me, and it was
with that one that I created this cvs repository in the first
place. Have any of you seen this problem?
