Why not get a normal ethernet card with 10bT and AUI, and just get
a 10FL transceiver? That way you leverage off drivers and cards
that are known to be fairly tested under NetBSD? Mind you, you have 
to stick a matchbox sized xcvr on the ethernet card for this to work
;-)
