It has nothin to do with routing. It seems that your card has a wrong
IRQ that has been already possessed by another device. Unfortunately you
use a PnP card. Try to disable the PnP feature and set the IRQ on your
card manually. It is very likely that you need to recompile your netbsd
kernel after you put the new IRQ and IObase of your card in compilation
configuration file (I'm not really sure about this file's name, sorry)
