Yep, it's static.  Thanks for the info--that domain belngs to my ISP.  I also
confirmed it must be them by connecting to another ISP and found I had no
problems reaching port 80.  So I can't blame ipf.

I just sent off [another] note to Inficad with this information, hopefully
someone will set their danish aside and actually take a look at the problem.
