Hello, everyone.

Why doesn't command accounting does not work on diskless machines
and causes them to panic?  This behaviour happened both on a Sun 3/60
and on a Pentium which I forced to mount root from the network.

I never noticed such problem before 1.2D (actually I can't remember
when I started to use accounting) and it is still there in 1.3E as
of Apr-25.

If it is impossible to have this fixed (if accounting uses FIFO,
for example, which is not supported over NFS), it would be nice to
state this somewhere in a man page.
