Since this has come up a few times, people are obviously using 1.3
servers with 1.2.x clients.  Since using -noresvport decreases the
security of the system, has anyone done a patch for 1.2.x to use
reserved ports so that security does not have to be decreased to allow
mixing of 1.2.x clients and 1.3 servers?
