You built an i386 kernel with 'options DEBUG' and sources that are
somewhat old.  It's a bug.

Pick one of:

1) update to -current
2) insert 'if (pmapdebug & PDB_COLLECT)' before the printf() in
   pmap_collect(), in src/sys/arch/i386/i386/pmap.c.
