I've been running the 1.2G snapshot (very, very, very nice), and have
been unable to create directories while logged in via ftp. Here's
a client session:

/jes-x > ftp thorin
Connected to thorin.X.Y.Z.
220-
220- myname.my.domain -- Ftp server.
220-
220 thorin.X.Y.Z FTP server (Version 7.00) ready.

Remote system type is UNIX.
Using binary mode to transfer files.
ftp> pwd
257 "/usr/acct/spath" is current directory.
ftp> mkdir testing123

------
The ftpd just hangs at this point, so I do this:
^C
^]Quit (core dumped)

Any thoughts?
