So I raised NKPDE to 31 (upon viewing pmap.h from current), so it sees
all the RAM. Now it needs to see all of the swap. I need a single
process to beable to allocate everything the system has, 256M or
higher of RAM, and ALL the available swap, or large parts of it
anyway. Doesn't have to be contiguous, just possible.

What and where do I change it?
