Hm, are you sure your drive isn't an ATAPI (IDE) CDROM? The mcd driver is
for the old ancient Mitsumi drive that used its own controller. Newer
Mitsumis are IDE, and that port and IRQ looks a lot like the secondary IDE
controller. So, what you probably want is:

wdc1    at isa? port 0x170 irq 15

However, NetBSD doesn't support IDE CDROMs yet, although there is a patch
available to add support. Take a look at the stuff in
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/i386/atapi/
