	NetBSD-current has an options.4 manpage

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/src/share/man/man4/options.4

You should be able to copy this to /usr/share/man/mat4/options.4
on your system and 'man 4 options'.

There are significant difference between a 1.2 config file and
-current - but the common options should be pretty much unchanged.
