Try www.netbsd.org. See supported architecture. Click on Alpha. Then scroll
down to the bottom and click on ftp. There you'll find all you need. For
further questions, you should subscribe to the port-alpha-mailing list. just
go back to the page where you clicked on ftp and click on the mailing-list
icon.
