thanks for the british sarcasm, but the INSTALL file did make it obvious
that netbsd-help was not a mailbot. I was under the impression that it was,
esp since the file does not mention that the mailbot address is actually
majordomo@

anyway, all i wanted help with was getting onto the port list. I eventually
found out that the mailbot address is majordomo@, not help@.
