Hello, all.

This is another problem I am experiencing under a still unpatched 1.1-i386:
the system quota checking work all right, but an user-typed 'quota' command
will always report no quotas for user (uid), even when there are quotas
(and strict, unfortunately, due to lack of disk space).

How can I fix this?
