The manual page for dump(8) in i386 1.1 states that dump level numbers above
zero archives those files which were added or changed since *the specified*
level or lesser levels.  This is different from the manual pages for dump in
other flavors, which state that a given level captures all changes made after
the time of the lesser levels only.  I am understanding this to mean that if
I did one level zero followed by two level ones, the second level one would be
empty under NetBSD but identical to the first level one under others.  Is this
true?
