Am I off the wall here or isn't a 56k line duplex - 56k each way, as
opposed to twin 28.8s which is 56(ish)k total ?? If so that would
presumably effect the latency further when latency is an issue (with
more interactive session when there is likely to be trafic both ways)
 - I'm assuming that most of the time people are in fact only really
interested in incoming bandwidth otherwise of course the effec widens.
