Well, it's not quite that simple. You must also make the user's
directory, and should probably populate it with .cshrc, .login, etc.

You may want to add them to groups as well. For instance, if this user
is "trusted" enough to be sysadmin stuff, they probably want to be put
in the wheel group.

That's most of it. Having a look at "adduser" scripts available around
the net is a good way to pick the brains of the "Net Sys Admin".
