No, but there's a man page as guide.  Several people have
"rolled their own" and much of their work is available via ftp;
check the mailing list archives for URLs...

Basically you need a /etc/resolv.conf file.  And after reviewing the
man page for resolv.conf, it's faily complete; so it should be able to
get you started...
