/netbsd: arpresolve: can't allocate llinfo

Does anyone know what this means?  I'm guessing there's something wrong  
with my kernel config.  It displays right after sendmail starts up and  
hangs the bootup.  ONly if I hit Ctrl-C will it continue.

I really need some help on this.  thanks
