I bet nestor is a SunOS machine?
The problem is that nestor replies from the nestor-f interface,
while it only runs NFS on the nestor-e interface. I'm a bit
surprised that mounting directly from nestor-e works for you, as
it did not work for me in a similar situation.
My opinion is that NetBSD is working correctly when it switches
to using the nestor-f interface when it receives the reply from
that interface. If it did continue using the nestor-e interface
things would work.
Either nestor should not reply from nestor-f, or it should be
running NFS on both interfaces.
[On my specific situation, SunOS only registers NFS on le0 if
you have both le0 and le1; using the le0 address makes things
work.]
