This is a *stupid fuckup* they refuse to fix.

Despite the fact that they cannot name a system, anywhere, where
<unistd.h> exists and including it will break things, they don't
include <unistd.h>.

Just make sure you include it.

The save *is* done.  But Pine is to !@#* stupid to read the .rc.  Note also
that you'll probably dump core on your 2nd reply within Pine.

I added unistd.h to one of the master .h files.
