Can anyone help with a configuration problem?

I am trying to put together a NetBSD-1.0 system with 32MB RAM, ALI PCI
motherboard, 486 DX4-100 processor and NCR PCI 83C510 SCSI controller.

Nothing I seem to do can get the system to boot?

Am I insane? From all that I have read, it should work.

Can anyone lend me a clue?
