Where does one specify in the 1.0 tree the max amount of memory
NetBSD is to use?  I have more that 16 meg of memory and I never
had time it merge in the bounce buffer stuff to handle bus
mastering on my 1542, so the quick and simple solution is to
limit NetBSD to 16 megs.
