Everytime I reboot my NetBSD-1.0 machine the permission
bits in /bin get messed up.  The last couple of times everything
ended up as 4755 (suid)!!!  chmod became a symbolic link to cat!
Any ideas on why this might be happening?  I checked /etc/rc*
and didn't find any chmods there...
