I have a friend that is trying to setup a Quantum 540 MB hard drive on his
A3000.  It works as an AmigaDos drive but gives him errors with the /usr
partition.  Is there something special he should do?  He is doing the 
initial setup on a 230 MB drive with no problems, but with the 540 Mb
drive he gets errors.  I am trying to get more details from him(I am
sure I could not help with the skimpy details so far...).

My question is just if he should do something special to "prep" the
540 MB scsi drive?
