Dear sirs,

 How could I be sure that my configurarion files (/etc/*) are all
 avaiable and well configured.

 Im not reaching the Lp (Printer) and I could not yet call another
 on-line service here at Rio de Janeiro, as BBS's for example. The "cu"
 command and "tip" couldn't reach my modem and the answers that I have
 from the system are just: "device not configured".
