FWIW I get similar messages and I am _damn_ sure my swap does not run
off the end of the disk, in fact I chopped a couple of cylinders off
the swap partition to make sure it did not but I still get zillions of
the "clean of page xxxxxx failed" messages. I am not sure if I ever
get the "volume overflow" message, will have to check....
