Nothing, I think.  I have the same problem, and I don't know what to do either.
I would be thankful for a hint on how to fix this.

BTW I am running xntpd and have timed turned off, but it doesn't matter.

Strangely enough, my clock is only 1 hour behind.  Maybe you have a BIOS that
enables DST in CMOS or something.
