ok I've got the card terminating .. but the drive has terminating 
resistors.... I have attempted to terminate it but I don't know what the 
jumpers are for.. (duh) but it appears to work so I don't know...

can scsi devices work if they aren't terminated properly?? 
and under netbsd is this possible as well..
because it appears to work for a while (sometimes) but is as said "VERY 
FLAKY".
