Ok, it's pretty easy to do:

1) Get Motif for your machine

2) Compile Mosaic; it's pretty straightforward..

As a side note ... I'm the guy who did Mosaic for NetBSD-1.0BETA, and I have
absolutely no plans to downgrade to 0.9 just to build Mosaic.  If you really
need Mosaic now, I suggest you upgrade now.
