1. Does netbsd support non-US keyboards ?

2. If it does, does it support those with ISO-8859-1 character set
   too ?

3. I have basic netbsd-0.9 distribution set somewhere (not installed
   yet), what do I need to upgrade that 0.9 distribution to 1.0 beta
   (suppose that I got it installed) ?

4. Where are those upgrade files or whole 1.0beta distribution set
   for i386 machines (I need basic binaries + all sources) ?
