I fully agree. What about the "Online Documentation for other Unix 
Systems" section?

But i don't think that wikis and IRC fit well under 
htdocs/Changes/index.xml

There is already htdocs/gallery/resources.xml ("Other NetBSD Resources") 
but it's IMHO to hidden.
