That's good to hear! As far as I know there are no other people working
on Romanian translations of the Guide. So, if no one else reacts here,
it would be nice if you could start and possibly coordinate the Romanian
translation.

General information about the translation of NetBSD materials can be
found at:

http://www.netbsd.org/developers/translate.html

Information about translation of the Guide is available from:

http://www.netbsd.org/guide/en/ap-contrib.html

The best thing to do is to check out the htdocs tree[1], and look how
the English guide is built up. The Dutch guide is a good example of
the directory structure of a translation. After that, you can decide
what parts you would like to start translating. At any rate, it's
important to translate the XML files, and not the HTML files, because
the XML files can easily be converted to online-formats (chunked and
non-chunked HTML) and printed formats (PS and PDF).

With kind regards,
Daniel de Kok

in the "CVS Setup" section of the translation page mentioned above.
