Subject: guide date on front page (PDF at least)

Printing the latest version of the NetBSD Guide says something like
"2006/01/16" on the front page, while the page was modified a few days
ago. Apparently that date is constructed from the CVS tag of the
netbsd.xml file (only).
Can we either make this more sane, or remove this feature?
I think even manual maintaining is better than using a completely
misleading date...
