Also, chapter 24 of "The NetBSD Guide" will need to be significantly 
rewritten to account for the absence of GNU/Sendmail.org in version 
greater than 3.99.20+:

Specifically:

- The FQDN / hosts(5) issue
- A sendmail "smarthost" style configuration (common config)
