A man page was written (as discussed some on pkgsrc-users list). It needed
a little review and clean up. I will add to the bootstrap soon. Before I
do that, I was wondering if the new pkgsrc(7) and old packages(7) man
pages should just me merged and simplified. The old packages(7) I don't
know if it is even correct anymore. It should be simplified, for example
it doesn't need to document ARCH, OPSYS, CROSSBASE, PKG_FC, GMAKE, XMKMF,
USE_GLX, etc.
