  - offer documentation for reading online
  - offer documentation also in printable format (the guides!)
  - offer "news" information for NetBSD in general, pkgsrc, articles,
events, various ports etc. and integrate them into the various pages.

For this, I've found blosxom nice, which allows creating e.g. an
overview of events[1] and articles[2]. I have no idea how to merge
these data into relevant pages (e.g. ports), but at least there's an RSS
interface ([3], [4]), and it may not be too hard to use that for the
    "dynamic" parts.

  - Decide what other parts (htdocs/Hardware?) we want to keep, and maybe
move unmaintained cruft to an archive.
  - Make sure impact for mirrors is minimal.
  - drop translations. We don't have the manpower, face it. If you don't
believe it, look at our translations. Move them to wiki.onetbsd.org
    or other community sites.
