When I did my recent bpf(4) changes, I discussed with Thomas Klausner
the consistency of the netstat man page and the usage() output.
We (him mostly :) reached some conclusions:
	* Since the order of the arguments does't matter, we should
	  put '-P' and '-B' first, because it's gets more clear to the
	  reader.
	* We have several separate lines that could be together.

So, my proposed change is:

SYNOPSIS
     netstat [-AabdgiLmnqrsSv] [-f address_family] [-M core] [-N system]
     netstat [-dn] [-I interface] [-M core] [-N system] [-w wait]
     netstat [-p protocol] [-M core] [-N system]
     netstat -P pcbaddr [-p protocol] [-M core] [-N system]
     netstat [-p protocol] [-i] [-I Interface]
     netstat [-s] [-f address_family] [-i] [-I Interface]
     netstat -B [-s] [-I Interface]

What do you think ? Does it make sense ?
