If I generate flyer.pdf and flyer-a4.pdf I do not get the same results as
the committed files. Viewing them with Acrobat Reader (View/Continuous
Facing) the committed files contain the pages looking upright and
should probably print (I didn't do that) with long-edge binding whereas
my generated files are looking left-to-right and need short-edge binding.

I could not find a knob to get the other behaviour.
