Hi,
I've converted Ports/history.html to Ports/index.xml and made a general
cleanup of the last with the help of Hiroki.

You can see the rendered file at:
	http://netbsd-pt.org/users/rpaulo/stuff/netbsd/
And the XML file at:
	http://netbsd-pt.org/users/rpaulo/stuff/netbsd/index.xml

Anyone with plans to Ports/history.html, or can we remove it after it's
inclusion in Ports/index.xml ?
