Yes, it is. And it's similar to few previously formatted files.

But this style shows an xmlformat bug(?) - with entry-break=3D0 the very
first line have content length just the same as the following lines,
which cause to ugly indentation by opening tag. Possible this also
happened with close tag and exit-break=3D0 (not checked).

I'll dig deeper.
