I think it would be more useful to have it on CD-ROM as is, that way people
can print it from Windows, Linux, or whatever they were using. I made a
NetBSD ISO image for Mensys (http://www.mensys.nl/) with the Dutch and
English guide, that is what they currently sell, and I think it makes
the CD's much more useful for new users than without the guide...
